Summary
The Manager of Inside Sales is responsible for driving the success of Listrak’s Inside Sales team composed of Sales Development Representatives. Sales Development Representatives are the first point of contact prospective customers have with Listrak’s Sales team, and are vital contributors to Listraks's overall growth. The Manager of Inside Sales is a player-coach that delivers constructive, real-time feedback to help our SDRs hit and exceed their goals. Our ideal candidate should be data-driven, able to improve processes, and manage change initiatives by taking an action-intensive approach.
Responsibilities
* Consistently contribute 1.25 million into the pipeline each month * Hold and monitor Listrak’s Inside Sales team to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline & bookings targets * Organize, direct, and inspire a team of 10+ Sales Development Representatives * Stay abreast of best practices and introduce new ideas to improve team performance on an ongoing basis and bring into day to day efforts * Hold team accountable on recording all activity and maintaining accurate up to date hygiene in Salesforce.com CRM * Provide timely and accurate business forecasts to sales and executive management * Monitor and motivate team productivity to achieve and exceed goals * Provide team members with the tools, resources, and training that will enable success and career development * Work with key business partners on lead generation and sharing strategy * Work closely with Marketing on demand generation and messaging, as well as lead scoring * Partner with other departments such as L&D, Sales team, Marketing, and others to drive the right behaviors for success * Innovate filling the Sales Funnel with new, fresh ideas * Implement, Measure, and Execute on the above ideas to fruition and success
Ideal Candidate
* 3-5 years of OUTBOUND inside sales leadership experience * 3-5 years of OUTBOUND inside sales calling * Demonstrated experience building, training, managing, growing and developing an inside sales team. * A proactive problem solver that is willing to act and drive process improvement initiatives * Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems: Salesforce knowledge is desired. * An analytical thinker with the ability to identify trends & common patterns * Prior experience selling a SaaS product preferred * Possess a passion for technology and the capabilities it enables for businesses to succeed. * Experience in a fast-growth environment * Experience with sales acceleration tools
