Summary

Responsibilities
* The Inbound Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for providing a superior customer experience and service to internal and external customers. * The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. * The candidate must have the ability to handle a high volume of telephone inquiries while ensuring high customer satisfaction. * The Representative will serve as a resource for answering questions via phone and email and for initiating research when necessary, to help drive “One Call Resolution”. * Additionally, the ideal candidate will serve as the point of contact between customers and other departments within the company, including other units. * Other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
* MUST be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook (2010) * MUST have excellent data entry skills * MUST have customer service experience, including experience with answering inbound calls * Call center experience is HIGHLY preferred, but not required * Ability to remain calm and be responsive to customers in difficult or complex situations * Billing, finance/account, insurance experience is valued but not required * Strong oral and written communication skills * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills * Able to work with dual monitors and multiple proprietary systems at the same time * Must be technically savvy, as the candidate will be trained to navigate through the website

Compensation: From $13.00 to $15.00 USD Per Year

Working Conditions

The work schedule will be 8:30am to 5:00pm (Monday through Friday) for the first 6 weeks of training (possibly 8 weeks). After training has been completed, the work schedule will be 10:30am to 7:00pm or 11:30am to 8:00pm (Monday through Friday).
