Responsibilities
Develop proficiency with and deliver Advanced Sales case design work to support our distributors current and emerging sales strategies in areas such as wealth transfer, retirement planning and business succession planning. This includes: * Responding to inbound Advanced Market Consultant call queue and email inquiries – call center hours are: 8:30-5:30 * Monitor and manage Advanced Markets mailbox and work load distribution * Running and presenting John Hancock proprietary Advanced Markets Solutions software to support case design related distributor inquiries * Monitor, track and maintain Advanced Markets reference materials and assist with delivery of Advanced Markets promotional programs * Measure and report on effectiveness of sales resource utilization – including call topic trending , field feedback, publishing “trip notes” from road show presentations * Maintain and distribute online and print Advanced Markets reference materials * Maintain and distribute John Hancock “Solutions” software licenses * Coordinate delivery of Advanced Markets educational webinars including scheduling , registering and reporting results * Assisting with the topic sourcing and delivery of JHAM radio show * Assist with development of supporting Advanced Markets materials * Providing design support for John Hancock “Solutions” output and other Advanced Markets promotional materials – including powerpoints development for field presentations and webinars * Facilitate compliance review process of Advanced Markets materials * Updating and posting digital resources
Ideal Candidate
**Job Requirement:** * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office , including power point design proficiency * Developed negotiation, influencing and networking skills * Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills * Proven analytical and problem solving ability * 5 years of life insurance industry or financial services experience * CLU, ChFC or other designations helpful, but not necessary * Ability to present concepts and knowledge in an effective manner to the Distributors and other business partners **Competencies and Key Leadership Behaviors:** * Must be well organized and detailed in approach, with good follow-through * Ability to learn and grasp new concepts * Action-oriented * Demonstrates ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization * Ability to manage multiple projects with changing deadlines * Ability to effectively balance competing priorities in fast-paced environment
