Summary
As a highly visible member of the HR team, the Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with our business leaders and hiring managers to deliver top talent and create a sustainable candidate pipeline for the future.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Talent Advisors and Coordinators to support the overall hiring efforts of approximately 1,500 employees per year. * Partner with hiring managers to create strategies focused on an effective and efficient sourcing and interview process resulting in increasing the overall quality of hire. * Emphasis on recruitment marketing to effectively communicate and increase awareness of the employer brand including but not limited to the marketing of open jobs on the internet and social media to ensure the attraction of a high performing workforce. * Contribute to the campus recruiting strategy including outreach, postings and campus events to achieve campus hiring goals. * Vendor and process management of contingent and retained search firms, and pre-employment screening vendors for background checks, physicals, drug screens, and assessments. * Facilitate and increase participation in hiring manager training focused on behavioral interviewing techniques and enhancing the candidate experience. * Provide strategic direction and counsel to all levels of management within the organization on a variety of staffing issues. * Oversee recruitment efforts on senior level positions and involvement with interviewing for any position as needed at any level. * Partner with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to contribute to the Talent Acquisition strategy and execution of goals. * Research and analyze trends in Talent Acquisition to introduce “Best in Class” practices for consideration.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. * Prior experience leading teams and effective skills in coaching/mentoring. * Experience identifying non-exempt and exempt passive talent in the hospitality, retail, or real estate industry a plus. * Experience using applicant tracking systems and social media for recruitment. Proficiency in Google Suite a plus. * Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels.
