Financial Services Representative
Irvine Company
(Newport Beach, California)Support the Financial Services function of the Customer Resource Center (CRC). Specific responsibilities will be similar to the Community Administrator role.
- Support apartment division by performing tasks currently performed by the sites, which may include but not be limited to:
- Depositing and posting of checks; reviews and corrects discrepancies
- Preparing and processing delinquent and eviction accounts
- Complete ICFA move-in’s, move-out’s
- Process FAS and FAS Revisions
- Prepare files for collection and write-off
- Work directly with sites as necessary in a support/customer service manner; promotes positive, proactive resident relations by working to make the living experience of the highest quality
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Essential Job Functions
- Work in a team environment while also being able to work independently on certain tasks
- Use of Microsoft products (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), as well as CRM applications (Pivotal, etc.) for department documentation and organization
- Utilize apartment specific applications (OneSite, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with site associates being supported and Customer Care team
Minimum Qualifications - Education & Experience
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Self-starter, ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible to change and able to work in team environment
- Able to deal with some ambiguity at beginning of assignment. The Financial Services team is new and the specific functions of the team are still being determined.
- Demonstrate initiative and professionalism
- Excellent customer service skills
