Summary
Within our Marketing and Communications department, our Analyst Relations Manager will manage all relationships with external analysts and serve as a liaison to subject matter experts within InterSystems. Together with the Director of Communications, the successful candidate will work to sustain and enhance the company’s ranking and reputation with key industry analysts through successful planning, relationship building and communication.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain robust relationships with analyst partners * Serve as a primary contact between analysts to InterSystems * Serve as a connector to expertise within InterSystems staff * Oversee contracts with analyst companies, manage budgets and maximize value for InterSystems * Develop calendar & strategy for communications and engagements * Capitalize on, merchandize and promote analyst reports, events, and more * Analyze and synthesize findings from reports, relaying content back into business partners * Manage and coach InterSystems’ SMEs communications with analysts and press * Attend and manage communications between analysts and InterSystems at major national conferences * Set global best practices for analyst relationships and communication. Liaise with international partners to ensure consistency across geographies. * Travel 10-20%
Ideal Candidate
* Exemplary written and verbal communication skills * Strong portfolio of existing Analyst relationships * Healthcare or IT software background and interest * Emotional intelligence and strong relationship building experience * 8-10 years relevant experience **Desired:** * Healthcare IT background and interest * Experience as an analyst or in analyst relations **Education and Training:** * Bachelor’s degree
