Executive Administrator

Influenster is a product discovery platform and reviews site that enables consumers to find new products and get advice to make informed purchases. Members use Influenster to explore the latest products, gain fresh insight, pick up new tips, and share their opinions with others. We help our members compare products and guide them on how products can be integrated into their lives. We inspire a love for products and encourage discovery, conversations and reviews.

We're looking for an energetic, highly organized person to join our team as our Executive Administrator. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as an background in running an office. The Executive Administrator will be responsible for various administrative tasks, and have the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of business management projects.

* Provide office support - assistance with incoming calls, office supplies, and organization * Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion * Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries * Book travel arrangements and catering for meetings * Help our co-founders with personal requests and logistics
