Responsibilities
Job Summary The position is responsible for performing a variety of duties for the organization and for its CEO. The Program Associate – Operations is responsible for providing executive assistance and operations support for TFN. This position provides support primarily to the CEO and secondary support to other staff and contractors in the organization. Responsibilities - Provide executive assistance to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, assisting with travel arrangements, and ensuring the CEO has the appropriate preparation, knowledge, information, and procedures to maximize the benefit of travel and meetings for the organization. - Support other staff and contractors as directed, including information management, scheduling, and other assistance. - Maintain contact management databases and systems. - Ensure office information technology systems appropriately support office administration and operations. - Open and distribute correspondence daily, and categorize regular invoices. - Maintain company files and records, soft and hard copy alike. - Maintain and monitor office machines, office supplies, orderliness and cleanliness of office, and coordinate general issues with office building as needed. - Perform other office and program duties as required or assigned.
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications - Superior organizational, written, and oral communication skills. - Strong skills in applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Twitter, and others. Expertise working with spreadsheets, including a familiarity with advanced functions. - Familiarity and understanding of basic information technology and ability to resolve basic computer/technical issues. - Familiarity with Salesforce or other contact management platforms is a plus. - Fluently speaks, reads, and writes the English language. Fluency in additional languages is a plus but not required. - Ability to take initiative appropriately, work independently, and be a good team player. - Flexible and collegial disposition and ability to work effectively with people with a range of backgrounds, experiences and cultures. Experience in professional office environments. - Familiarity with philanthropic and nonprofit sector preferred but not essential. - Minimum three years relevant work experience preferred.

Excellent benefits, including health insurance, life insurance, 401(k) matching contributions, vacation, sick leave, and generous holiday schedules. Salary commensurate with experience. *Relocation expenses will not be reimbursed.
