Summary
In this role you will support a team of high performing leaders in their day-to-day and will be directly exposed to all aspects of the BounceX Customer Success world. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity that will allow you to have an impact on the overall productivity of the largest team at BounceX.
Responsibilities
* Support the leaders of the account management organization through scheduling, booking travel and client events, coordinating trainings, etc. * Help with administrative tasks throughout the department such a building presentations and client reports, preparing expense reports, and aggregating client data * Assist in creating, updating, and regulating the ongoing use of training materials for the department * Assist in logistics for onboarding new hires, including coordinating equipment requests, prepping desk space, scheduling all training sessions and being the welcoming face of team
Ideal Candidate
* Executive Assistant/Office Management experience * Experience with planning events and booking travel arrangements * Exceptional organization, prioritization, and communication skills * Desire to be part of a fast-paced team and organization * Positive and collaborative attitude
