Summary
Looking for a strategist capable of delivering an unrivaled customer experience. Must be naturally inclined to disrupt and innovate. Must have an intense bias for action that is coupled with a big appetite for building business cases that leverage the platform and generate revenue. Must have the knack to derive solid results out of abstract beginnings. Capable of collaborating and aligning with multiple stakeholders and a variety of agendas. We need your strong will to push the minds of those who are stuck in the past and bring us into the future revolution of our product platform.
Responsibilities
* Identify, pursue, and maintain key relationships with targeted strategic partners. * Drive the business. Maximize Revenue and margin growth by identifying new business opportunities. * Proactively seek feedback from internal customers managing customer facing applications. * Analyze, document, and communicate intelligence regarding client and prospect feedback looking specifically for unfulfilled needs for new opportunities
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. * 5+ years of product management experience with formal product management techniques, tools, and principles involved in planning and delivering new software products and services. * Demonstrated ability to understand and translate non-technical feature descriptions into structured use cases, requirements, and specifications for technical audiences. * Requires interaction with customers, prospects, sales, executive management, and technical engineering resources, adjusting communications to the situation and successfully understanding and communicating product capabilities and priorities to each audience.
