Summary
Our client, located in Schaumburg, IL is looking for several IT or Software Sales people to join their award winning, global company, which has been identified as one of the Best Places to Work for more than a decade consecutively! If you have experience with SaaS solutions, and/or Solutions Selling experience, this could be a great home for you! This is a fast paced, fun environment that is growing quickly. They will start you with a book of business that you can quickly build on and grow. This role is 70% hunter, and 30% farming of existing accounts. Although based in Schaumburg, they will put you up in New York for your first 8 weeks for some of the best sales training available in the industry! The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of IT or Software sales experience, and is motivated to sell an award winning product in an established company that will provide all the tools one could need to not only succeed in this current role, and the next role in a defined career path of advancement. Responsibilities
* Aggressively prospect new accounts selling a SaaS Solution to create a robust pipeline. * Present and demonstrate the product to key decision makers. * Forecast and report monthly sales accurately. * Meet and exceed monthly sales metrics and quotas. * Some local travel for high-potential accounts, plus trade shows. * Occasional travel to headquarters in New York for company functions and awards. * Build and maintain customer relationships during and after each sale. * Develop your leadership and management skills to quickly move up within the organization.
Ideal Candidate
* At least 3 years of Business to Business IT sales experience. * Motivated and thrives working fast-paced, dynamic environments. * Track record of meeting and exceeding quotas and sales objectives * Excellent presentation and communication skills * Competitive, but team-focused and eager to aid in the success of your team * Must have a car and be willing and able to travel to customer sites.
