Summary
We are seeking a hardworking, detailed oriented individual for our nationally ranked Best & Brightest Workplace! We are looking for an individual who will be excited to be a part of a fast-paced, team oriented work environment every day they come to work. Organization, dedication and accountability are key in this role.
Responsibilities
* Review and report sales statistics for the sales department * Processing sales reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis * Report sales results to appropriate personnel * Supporting the sales staff with general inquiries * Working with VP of Sales and President on special sales promotions * Correspondence to a high volumes of emails and requests * Communicating internally with other administrative departments to relay appropriate information
Ideal Candidate
**Education and Required Skills** * High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred * High computer literacy with a strong background in Excel * Awareness of customer service principles and practices **Key Competencies** * Strong math and analytical skills * Detail-oriented * Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet changing deadlines * Organization * Self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
