Dealership Coordinator

* Welcomes customers by providing them concierge level assistance. * Directs customers by escorting them to management team. * Advises customers by providing information on products. * Processes down payments, titles and documents. * Maintains clientele informed by keeping them up to date during their sales process. * Be flexible enough to organize and adapt daily work to changing situations and demands. * Professional phone skills * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Qualifications** * 2-3 years of general office experience including cashiering. * Excellent communication skills (oral and written), math, and interpersonal skills. * Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel. * Professional phone skill sets to include internal and external customers. * Must be polite, professional, energetic and presentable, with strong communication, organization and customer service skills * Face-to-face sales/customer service related experience in industries like retail and hospitality is preferred * Be flexible enough to organize and adapt daily work to changing situations and demands. * High school diploma or equivalent required * Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a drug test and a background check
