Summary
Our Systems Sales Account Executive, also known as Systems Sales Specialist’s (SSS), ensures IGT proprietary systems are presented to casinos as their best choice to manage and operate their casino floor. Accomplish this by identifying and cultivating senior level relationships within the assigned territory of Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona & Nevada. You will join a US based team of 4 other SSS’ all excellent at closing complex technology solution sales. The expectation is for you to directly address customer operational needs, support, regional competitive environment, and create a product solution utilizing IGT System Applications. This position works in conjunction with the IGT Account Manger assigned within your territory. As a unified team, you will close sales and achieve revenue targets hitting a multimillion dollar quota. With accelerators and no ceiling built into your commission structure, we want to reward and retain the best technology sales professionals. It is our mission is to educate and offer casino operators the best technology and their players an exciting experience.
Responsibilities
* Achieve a 100% sales quota for assigned territory of Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona & Nevada * Use effectively Salesforce.com and Yoda for effective time management, product knowledge and sales training. * Successfully finish IGT’s product knowledge training and internal processes training.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree * 5 plus years of technology sales * Results driven with skills in sales planning and a track record of success * Develop presentations and comfortable presenting to senior management at customer site and IGT * Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Power Point * Able to multitask in an environment heavy with cross functional teams **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus * Strategic solution selling training in the areas of Holden and/or Miller Heiman is preferred * Experience in technical or specialized gaming products or service sales may be a plus **Special requirements needed** * Pass a background check **Keys To Success** * Deliver exceptional customer service * Demonstrate accountability and integrity * Develop successful relationship * Embrace change * Demonstrate business savvy
