Responsibilities
Idaho Power Company (IPC), located in the heart of beautiful downtown Boise is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Director to join our Senior Management team. As a member of the Senior Management team the Corporate Real Estate Director is responsible for the effective planning, acquisition, research and permitting, property management and stewardship and administration of all aspects of the Company's real estate portfolio. Also responsible for providing leadership to the Corporate Administrative Shared Services.
Ideal Candidate
**Required Skills** **Knowledge of:** * RE law, development strategy, negotiation and execution * Corporate real estate background with strong knowledge of property management * Negotiating with Federal Govt agencies. **Skills in:** * Excellent leadership, analytical, decision making, strategic planning, negotiation, project management and planning and organization **Ability to:** * Ability to identify potential barriers to fulfilling objectives **Minimum Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent of direct real estate experience at a Corporate level. **Experience:** * Minimum ten years experience in leading a Corporate Real Estate function * Direct experience in asset and property management of large portfolios of mixed properties **Job Competencies** * Driving For Results, Developing Strategic Relationships, Establishing Strategic Direction, Communicating With Impact, Operational Decision Making, Building Organizational Talent, Coaching and Teaching, Change Leadership, Customer Orientation and Business Acumen. **Additional Requirements** * The successful candidate must demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity for all applicants and employees and will be expected to support and facilitate a workplace culture of dignity and respect.
