• Source financing opportunities across all property types. Originate transactions using lead lists, personal contacts and networking.
• Cultivate relationships with real estate partners, banks and local financial intermediaries.
• Document, and implement all processes' and procedures for origination and processing.
• Deep, data-driven analysis of client outreach and deal lifecycle tracking
• Market research reports
• Client satisfaction outreach and reporting
• Making lasting contributions to our in-house infrastructure

• 2 - 3 years of in-depth experience sourcing new opportunities. Cold calling experience a substantial plus.
• Commercial real estate financing experience originating loans is strongly preferred.
• Real Estate Capital Markets experience a substantial plus.
• Unconventional problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically and multitask as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Office expertise (specifically: Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Google (search).
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment Demonstrated ability to work autonomously AND in teams.
• Bachelor’s degree.
