Summary
Commercial Real Estate Investment Company is searching for a Leasing Associate to assist Vice President, Leasing and Senior Leasing Associate in all day-to-day duties related to marketing and leasing its medical office portfolio in Indiana. Candidate is directly responsible for occupancy increases at assigned properties and all corresponding tasks to achieve the set goals.
Responsibilities
* Direct responsibility for increasing occupancy at assigned properties (approx. 25,000 SF of new leasing in 2016) * Canvasing, cold-calling and marketing to general and target specific prospects * Completing preparation of all leasing documentation, including but not limited to, leases, amendments, final lease submission packages * Conducting property tours with potential tenants and brokers * Distributing and updating marketing materials, including but not limited to, brochures, flyers, and floor plans * Information gathering and report generation related to ongoing market survey * Working within the local brokerage community to develop tenant prospects and to accumulate pertinent market data * Regularly visiting vacant spaces to ensure “rent ready” condition * Other duties and special projects as assigned
Ideal Candidate
* Real estate salesperson’s license * Commercial Real Estate knowledge (general and medical office leasing experience preferred) * Bachelor’s Degree * Experience with cold calling and canvassing * Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal), time management and organizational skills * Above average technical proficiency (versed in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point) * Developed interpersonal skills – comfortable working in a team environment * Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks at the same time * Reliable transportation
