In 1988, Kip Hollister decided that there was a better way to connect the dynamic businesses of our region to the great talent she knew was available in Boston. A way to maximize the potential of staffing through the very basis of what she knew to be true – that connecting businesses with the best people for their companies was about building relationships. She launched Hollister Staffing in response to this vision, developing and evolving the business to be one of the leading staffing firms in the region. Today, Hollister’s range of work has grown as the business environment itself has grown – expanding to include vibrant Technology, Accounting & Finance, Administrative & HR professional service areas.
The Hollister team is not simply staff. We are partners, volunteers, mentors and leaders, energized and driven to create successful, ever-stronger relationships with non-profit, government and business communities and the people who seek to work with them.
