Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing analysis, budgeting and financial planning for overall company performance. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the Financial Analyst will be an integral part of a close-knit team Finance team. This role is open due to the growth of the organization and the ideal candidate has a foundation of FP&A experience and is looking to continue growing their career. My client is known for their overall positive & collaborative culture and is looking for a true team player to step in and make an immediate impact. Ideal candidates have 1- 4 years of FP&A experience, strong Excel skills and a desire to learn and grow long-term with this impressive organization.

* Analyze trends, current operating performance to support improvement decisions * Support budget & forecasting process * Support management in decision-making & achieving profit growth objectives * Working directly with the management team to relay budgetary and analysis information * Preparation of graphs, data charts and reports as needed * Ad hoc analysis and projects as necessary

* BS Accounting/Finance * 2-4 years FP&A/corporate finance experience * Strong analytical mindset * Advanced Excel skills
