They are also the world's leading maker of industrial valves and controls. Additionally, they manufacture and distribute a wide variety of medical devices and supplies.
Responsibilities
* Process account reconciliations and collections. * Work as a member of a diverse team to reconcile customer accounts. * Contact customers to discuss payment delays and concerns. * Assist customers with making account payments. * Research and correct account billing errors. * Research and correct account data errors. * Research and resolve billing disputes. * Negotiate with customers as-needed to retain account. * Work across business lines to resolve customer service complaints. * Compartmentalize and secure customer information. * Perform other clerical duties such as filing, faxing, answering phones, etc. * Attend conference calls and meetings as needed. * Other duties as assigned, which may include but are not limited to providing administrative support to Operations Manager, providing support to other administrative team members and handling incoming customer calls.
Ideal Candidate
* One (1) to two (2) years of customer service experience. * Prior experience working with customer accounts and collections preferred. * Customer service focused. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Basic to advanced computer knowledge, to include Microsoft Office programs, web based programs, etc. * Ability to maintain composure, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
