Summary
Recruiting Operations Team Manager needed for a Full Time employment opportunity supporting Yoh RPO’s client located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Recruiting Operations Team Manager develops and manages talent acquisition strategy and operations. This individual will be responsible for working closely with Yoh leadership and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A critical element to the role is leading the client team while ensuring best practice approaches are utilized to standardize current client processes and align with their business.
Responsibilities
The Recruiting Operations Team Manager develops and manages talent acquisition strategy and operations. This individual will be responsible for working closely with Yoh leadership and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A critical element to the role is leading the client team while ensuring best practice approaches are utilized to standardize current client processes and align with their business. JOB DUTIES: * Partnering with our client to deliver outstanding staffing services including timely management of customer requests, metrics tracking, reporting and analysis and overall attainment of service level agreement (SLA) expectations * Managing multiple teams and team members at different levels of expertise and experience levels * Driving performance of teams by balancing an understanding of the client's organization strategy and delivery of Yoh KPIs * Leading productivity and efficiency efforts and projects for client as identified * Managing the day-to-day activity of Yoh staff operations * Determining workload distribution - team coverage, workflow volume, etc. * Identifying areas for process improvement, finding efficiencies, and working with Yoh Leadership to implement * Partnering with Yoh Leadership to improve SLA yield, implement change, provide feedback to team, identify training needs, set training goals, improve client relationship, metrics reporting, etc. * Resource Identification - work with Yoh Leadership to identify and select staff resources * Team Development - lead in growing and developing the team, prepare and deliver performance evaluations for direct reports * Ensuring continued development and engagement of the team * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: * Must have managed multiple teams across business lines or in multiple organizations * Must have managed and displayed successful performance management in the past * Must have previously interfaced with both internal and external stakeholders in the past * Must have a high level of integrity in dealing with information of a confidential nature * Must be able to communicate successfully with all levels of management * Ability to learn new tasks and/or processes quickly * Strong understanding of Recruiting process * Expertise in implementing change or process improvement in a Staffing/Recruiting environment * Demonstrated customer service ethic/commitment * Well organized, detail oriented with ability to multi-task effectively * Ability to work in a high volume/fast paced environment * Proficiency and strength in the use of the Desktop software, Internet, & Web based applications * Strong leadership skills * Sound decision making * Must be forward thinking * Responsive and quick to take action MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE : * Bachelor's degree required * Previous management experience in a fast paced staffing or recruiting environment * A minimum of 7 years in HR/Recruiting industry with no less than 5 years in management or leadership role
