Summary
Field Support Representative II’s are responsible for on-site servicing, repair, merchandising and installation of Redbox Kiosks within an assigned territory. This includes any aspect of kiosk field support, including system hardware and software, equipment, and systems networking.
Responsibilities
* Performs preventative maintenance and independently troubleshoots and repairs kiosks onsite and remotely * Monitors daily kiosk performance reports * Responds to dispatch calls during scheduled shift between the hours of 8am and 8pm as needed * Manages and maintains all kiosk parts, repair tools, merchandising product, and equipment * Provides quality customer service through regular interaction and communication with coworkers, external customers, external contractors, store owners, and managers and employees * Properly manages and secures all assigned kiosks and company issued property, such as car, phone, laptop, parts, tools, and inventory * Loads and unloads product from automobile, residence and warehouse * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
**Education & Experience** * High school diploma or GED required * 2+ years of electrical or mechanical equipment repair, troubleshooting and maintenance experience * 2+ years of computer operations and maintenance experience: must be able to troubleshoot, load and configure software, handle component and peripheral replacements and troubleshoot, connect and configure network connections * 1+ year of experience in a customer facing position required * 1+ year of field experience preferred **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** * Strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills * Ability to use MS Office and web-based software applications (i.e. – timekeeping) * High level of literacy with Windows Operating Systems * Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with others with customers, team members and internal and external partners * Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including extreme weather **Additional Requirements** * Ability to travel up to 10% outside of assigned territory for training, coverage or other project work outside of assigned territory * Must have valid driver’s license and maintain an excellent driving record * Ability to successfully complete MVR, drug screen and background check * Must have the ability to store at least 50 cubic feet of company merchandise such as product boxes, marketing materials, tools, kiosk parts and cleaning supplies within personal residence as needed * Ability to work a rotating schedule between the hours of 8am and 8pm, including weekends **Physical Requirements** * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the workday * Ability to bend, kneel, push, pull and stand on a regular basis throughout the work day
