**Experience Required**
* Minimum six years experience in managing large, cross-functional projects in product development/product management role or closely related role
* Experience in managed care or related health care industry preferred. Medicare experience highly desirable.
* OR, any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

- Advanced knowledge of assigned product line and operations related to product, competitors' products, regulatory guidelines and industry trends preferred. Ability to learn in-house and other systems quickly with minimal training and maintain an up-to-date and solid knowledge base of systems, products, regulations and operations required.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to organize planning and execution of large, complex product initiatives, including, but not limited to meeting facilitation and presentations to peers and management at all levels
- Techncial savvy with proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn in-house and other systems quickly with minimal training
