Operations Assistant for Human Resources

Human Resources develops and executes successful recruiting programs, learning and expertise-development initiatives, strategic staffing assignments, effective reporting and analytics, performance management processes, and work-life benefits and operations. This Operations Assistant is responsible for administrative and special projects as requested (filing, copying, shredding, scanning, data analysis and reporting, etc.).

* Create, track, log, post immigration postings with guidance; * Run and distribute weekly and monthly data reports and metrics for the Global Mobility team; * Data entry for new hire and transfer relocation cases; * Access and distribute confidential personnel documentation, convert employee records to electronic storage; * Intercept and process immigration applications for signature and mailing; * Understand and use multiple HR technologies and systems; * Audit internal data records.

* Minimum age of 18, high school diploma and some college preferred; * Prior relevant work experience preferred; * Proficiency with Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Experience scanning, filing, and tracking documentation; * Good time management skills, attention to detail and flexibility; * Effective verbal and written communication skills; * Maturity and the ability to follow instructions and to work independently; * Strong work ethic and initiative; * Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented culture but with a large degree of autonomy.
