Program Manager

**Duties and Responsibilities:** - Plans, directs and coordinates of all personnel on the contract to ensure that goals and objectives of the contract are accomplished within the required time and funding parameters - Reviews contract requirements to ensure that compliance and quality control requirements are enforced and obtained - Ensures adequate staffing is maintained at all times, for all labor categories on the contract - Establishes work plan and staffing for each category of the contract and arranges for the recruitment or assignment of contract personnel - Directs and coordinates the activities of contract personnel to ensure the contract progresses on schedule and within allocated budget - Prepares Status reports, Surveys and Inspections along with supporting documentation to be made available to the COR upon request - Confers with COR and ACOR to provide technical advice and to resolve problems

**Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:** - Must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, be very detail oriented, have strong organizational and time management skills -Attendance at work is an essential function of this position - Ability to follow verbal and or written instructions - Ability to work under stress conditions and to successfully handle stressful situations efficiently and effectively - Ability to meet deadlines - Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with personnel **Additional Position Information:** Must have a secret security clearance
