Summary
H&A is seeking a qualified and highly motivated communications professional to join our marketing team and promote the H&A brand both within the firm and to our clients, prospects and industry contacts.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute communications strategy in a corporate environment. * They will also have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. * The communications coordinator will serve as our ambassador to the media, developing collaborative teams with agencies of record, including digital, website, and public relations
Ideal Candidate
Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field * 3+ years of successful experience in marketing, communications, social media, and digital content in a corporate environment. * Demonstrated superb oral and written communication skills * Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, coordinate and follow up with others, and measure effectiveness of efforts * Experience developing and executing communications strategy * Experience with a creative toolbox of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and website content management systems * Experience with planning, writing, designing, scheduling, and distributing marketing campaigns related to corporate news, new projects and talent, and other exciting news Preferred: * Graphic design experience * Website planning and updating * Video shooting and editing * A/E/C industry experience
