Through Superior IT support services and application modernization, Graham has assisted customers in achieving their respective goals and objectives; increasing their return on investment (ROI); and maintaining efficiency and effectiveness of their IT solutions.
We are looking for a candidate to manage a team of contractors providing core information technology services.
- Serve as the Government’s primary point of contact
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Provide resource allocation, quality control, issue resolution and risk mitigation
- Develop and implement standard process management methodologies to adhere to high quality standards, meet customer expectations
- Responsible for development of program management plans and schedules
- Bachelors in IT Field
- 10+ years of experience
- PMP certification
- Secruity + certification
- Lean Six Sigma Black belt
- Effective communication (written & verbal)
- Strong Multitasking skills
- Strong organizational & time management skills.
- Analytical skills
