Global Information Technology Director

AGCO is currently seeking a Global IT Director to join our IT team in Duluth, GA. The Global IT Director will be accountable for the delivery of the Global Application and Digital strategy (non-ERP) for AGCO and the deployment of these applications across the regions. AGCO currently has a very regionalized IT landscape and this new role will be responsible for partnering with the business to determine opportunities to harmonize our IT landscape for a standard, consistent and best in class digital experience for our customers and dealers. The Global IT Director will focus on getting the regions to collaborate and work with each other effectively to leverage their skills and knowledge.

* Drive Digital strategy, implementation and overall program integration and coordination. * Serve as Global Systems technology and process leader that drives cost effective and efficient business solutions globally, making it easier to do business with AGCO with a focus on customer and dealer facing solutions. * Set short and long term initiatives to best leverage technology, systems and tools across all AGCO global locations. * Reduce complexity in current systems and replace and/or improve where necessary. * Eliminate redundant or inefficient business processes and systems, reducing unnecessary work for our dealers and end users, while decreasing cost. * Create a collaborative cross regional, virtual team to increase the speed of delivery of services, leading a small core team of direct reports and leveraging the regional resources (dotted line) for deployment. * Managing the budget for the global projects and the Global Systems Delivery Organization * Portfolio management for the Global Systems delivery projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

As much of the staff will be virtual and indirect, the Global IT Director will require strong skills in influencing and program management to gain alignment and priority within IT and the business across the regions. **Required Qualifications of the Global IT Director:** * 15+ years of IT experience including CRM experience and the development of customer and dealer centric solutions * 7+ years of leadership experience including 3+ years at the director level * Global Transformational Program Management * Global portfolio management expertise including the ability to manage the integration of multiple solutions and data, driving a connected strategy for our dealers and customers for a seamless experience * Ability to influence regions to collaborate on the development, deployment, and adoption of new systems and enhancements to existing systems **Preferred Qualifications of the Global IT Director:** * Experience developing and implementing with Configure, Quote, Price (CQP) software solutions, eCommerce experience, CRM (Salesforce) experience * API experience * Master Data and Data Architect experience would be a plus * Experience working with SAP and integrating software with SAP would be a plus * Project Management Professional (PMP) certified **Education of the Global IT Director:** * Bachelor’s degree is required * Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferred
