Summary
General Mills is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide leadership for financial processes at the Milwaukee Manufacturing Plant. As a member of the finance team, the selected candidate will provide insights and influence the plant operations and strategic vision.
Responsibilities
**Provide financial and technical leadership in a high performing and collaborative environment** * Prepare the annual Milwaukee plant operating budget and periodic financial forecasting * Prepare and provide monthly and interim financial performance reporting for plant and headquarters * Provide financial support and analysis to the Snacks Operating Unit as well as logistics in development of new product costing, productivity initiatives, and special projects * Serve as primary plant financial contact for Operations and Logistics departments * Partner with production floor and plant departments to deliver productivity projects for current year and idea pipeline for future year savings * Learn and apply Continuous Improvement principles to all functional and plant processes * Ensure effective financial internal controls are in place and maintained * Exhibit servant leadership on the production floor, with a focus on human and food safety * Provide backup support to the Finance Site Lead * Opportunity to participate and potentially lead General Mills Manufacturing network finance projects
