Operations Support Manager

We are seeking an Operations Support Manager, for our Retail Solutions / Mobile Depot group, based in our Memphis, TN location. Process, model, and analyze data from Fujitsu business systems and other external systems with the intent of providing information for field, logistics, and operation managers to monitor performance and make business decisions. Data is typically presented using, but not limited to, web reports, dashboards, and Excel reports. Job includes administration and programming of Microsoft Windows Servers running Microsoft SQL and MySQL database back-ends, and Intranet sites.

* The responsibilities for this position include all aspects of administration and programming of the servers, Microsoft SQL databases, MySQL databases, and Intranet sites with the final product being development of periodic and ad hoc reports for Field Engineering and Logistics. * Data is imported daily through FTP from Oracle e-Business Suite via twenty five+ pipe delimited data extracts consisting of service request data, sub-inventory data, and time card data. * Data is also captured into the reporting environments via direct connection to Oracle Views. * A system of DTS and SSIS projects processes and imports the data into Microsoft SQL tables. * Additionally, a series of PHP cron jobs processes and imports Oracle data into MySQL tables.

**Windows Server 2008 R2 administration – Intermediate** * Internet Information Services 7.5 (IIS) administration and programming **Microsoft SQL Server database administration: - Intermediate** * Create and modify SQL queries and stored procedures using Transact-SQL programming to support new and current field reports. * Maintain and modify legacy SQL Data Transformation Services (DTS) packages to support the import of Oracle data extracts to the databases. * Maintain and modify SQL SSIS packages to support the import of Oracle data extracts to the databases. * Convert DTS to SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and develop new packages using SSIS as needed. **MySQL database administration: - Experienced** * Create and modify MySQL queries and stored procedures and maintain scheduling to support new and current Logistics reports. * Maintain and modify PHP cron jobs to support the import of data imported from Oracle views into MySQL databases. **Web Programming: - Experienced** * Maintain the current Intranet sites and reports for Field Engineering, Logistics, and other business units that are delivered via the Intranet site and automated email. * The current systems use Classic ASP, VBScript, JavaScript, ASP.Net, and PHP programming languages. Must be able to maintain and modify the programming at the code level. * Develop new systems, dashboards, and reports as required by management using ASP.Net, PHP, SQL Server, and MySQL. **Helpful experience:** * Fujitsu’s implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle 11i. * Fujitsu field service operations and customer base.
