Summary
This position is responsible for delivering residential and business Internet Help Desk support and sales training to new hired/current employees. This role will have the cross functional responsibility of working directly with the Frontier Secure Strategic Partnerships group to provide new and recurrent training as pertains to potential and present partnerships. The trainer must possess skills in creating/adapting documentation to meet the demands and needs of our Internet Help Desk while maintaining the necessary requirements to meet vendor agreements. This position works closely with Workforce Management, Coaches, Directors, and Frontier Secure Strategic Partnership team member, and serves as a positive link between operations staff and employees.
Responsibilities
* Knowledge of the Frontier Secure Product Portfolio * Provide product training for new and previously deployed Frontier Secure and Frontier Secure Strategic Partnership products * Provide sales training (facilitation and development) for Frontier Secure and Frontier Secure Strategic Partnerships products * Provide refresher training based on Internet Help Desk Technicians needs * Provide promotional training for all local and national Frontier Secure and Frontier Secure Strategic Partnerships products * Prepare both product and promotional training materials for deployment. * Provide and document training requirements needed for successful launch of Frontier Secure Strategic Partnerships and potential agreements * Creating, updating, and maintaining an accurate Instructor guides for the facilitation of Internet Help Desk, Frontier Secure, and Frontier Secure Strategic Partnerships Training. * Measure, track, and evaluate employee progress through the training curriculum to assess if the individual is ready to perform the needed work. * Provide feedback to the supervisory staff on the performance of individual employees. * Handle inbound calls (where allowed) to identify training opportunities and suggest methods for improving employee/team performance. * Listen to inbound calls (where allowed) from employees to assure compliance with company standards. Assuring representatives are proactively offering Frontier Secure and Frontier Secure Strategic Partnerships products on every viable occasion.
Ideal Candidate
* The individual must demonstrate a comfort level with public speaking. All training can be conducted in various ways. Individual, group, simulation, skills practice or computer based training. Speaking to a wide range and amount of various audience members is required * Facilitation experience in a fast paced environment * Flexibility to travel **Required**. Possibly on short notice. (Advance notice will always be provided when available) * The ability to be positive and demonstrate a helpful attitude at all times * The ability to maintain business professional conduct as you will represent Frontier Communications and Frontier Secure to our current and potential business partners * The ability to communicate openly and non-judgmental * The ability to multi-task * 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Call Center environment * Broad knowledge of training program design and delivery methods * Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills * 1 to 3 years of training experience preferred * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Power Point, Word, Excel efficient
