The CRM Analyst & Developer is primarily responsible for the administration of the MSCRM system.This includes, but is not limited to, performing customizations and modifications to the system, support of the MSCRM web client, management of the Outlook client and mobile device integration.Assists in the development of training material and lead end user training of the MSCRM system

* Work with development team and end users to help define and document functional requirements. * Serve as the MSCRM administrator managing users, overseeing installations and upgrades and working with the Infrastructure team to ensure correct installation and disaster recovery strategy. * Troubleshoot issues with both online and offline usage, the MSCRM Outlook client and mobile devices. * Implement customizations to the MSCRM system such as defining and setting up teams modifying system entities, creating reports and dashboards, document storage, maintenance workflows, custom activities and form modifications * Review business requirements and provide guidance on ideal ways to implement required functionality. * Assist in defining development requirements for Plugins and custom workflows

* Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, management information systems or related field * Familiarity with MSCRM 2011 (Rollup 12 or later) * 3+ years of experience with MSCRM. * Strong understanding of solution management; use of unmanaged solutions for development, managed solutions for deployments * 1+ year of experience with MSCRM implementations; data migrations, requirements gathering & customized system implementations * Able to provide accurate estimates and have a proven track record of on time deliveries * Familiarity with automated testing methodology for MSCRM * MSCRM certifications, MCTS and/or Microsoft Specialist certifications preferred **Candidates possessing these specific exam certifications or updated equivalents will be given special consideration.** * Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Applications (MB2-868) * Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Customizations and Configuration (MB2-866) * Extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 (MB2-876) * Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Installation and Deployment (MB2-867) * Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Applications (MB2-700) * Extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 (MB2-701) * Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Deployment (MB2-702) * Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Customizations and Configuration (MB2-703) * Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application (MB2-704) * Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customizations and Configuration (MB2-707) * Microsoft Dynamics CRM Installation (MB2-708) * Microsoft Dynamics CRM Marketing (MB2-709)
