Executive Assistant to the CEO

The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing extensive operational and administrative support to Farmigo’s CEO, including assistance with correspondence and scheduling, arranging and coordinating travel, coordinating events and speaking engagements, and helping to manage and meet deadlines. In addition to assisting the CEO, you’ll work within the People & Culture team, and provide administrative and project management support on a variety of team projects.
- Support the CEO by managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports, arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas
- Provide assistance to the CEO’s day-to-day schedule, presentations and speaking engagements
- Coordinate and manage quarterly board meetings
- Provide administrative and office support to the Brooklyn team
- Support the People & Culture team on a variety of tasks that include but are not limited to: internal events, benefits management, recruitment, accounting, internal communication development, and more
- At least 1+ year of administrative experience
- A can-do attitude! You juggle and manage a lot of tasks, are flexible, have a willingness to pitch in, are resourceful and take initiative when problem solving
- Amazing communication skills! You like to work on a team, but are just as content working quietly on a project by yourself
- Professionalism. You’re communicating with our team, the board, our community, the media and more. You like communicating with all types of people!
