* Work with our founders and hiring leads to understand requirements and source candidates for all available channels * Build and support a world-class candidate experience * Manage the hiring process from sourcing to closing * Conduct phone interviews, in-person interviews and attend networking events * Work with hiring managers to draft, refine and post to job requisitions * Be a brand ambassador for Expedite: anyone that speaks with you should be convinced they would rather work at Expedite than anywhere else * Make it your priority to ensure every candidate has a seamless and positive experience while interviewing at Expedite * Bring your creative energy to help drive and make our recruitment processes best in class

* 5+ years of recruiting experience * Successful track record for placing candidates at high growth startups or consumer companies * Experience working in-house for a high-growth startup is a huge plus * Willing to dive in and learn the ins and outs of each role * Bring creative sourcing strategies * Stellar written and verbal communication skills * Action and detail oriented * Passion and noticeable excitement for what we are building at Expedite
