Summary
As our Recruiter, you’ll source and coordinate hiring across all departments, but your current focus will be the growth of our close-knit and talented group of Virtual Receptionists (currently 113 strong). Working closely between Human Resources, Customer Support, and Executive Leadership, you’ll manage the entire recruiting process and ultimately make hiring decisions on the best overall fits for our company. Responsibilities
* Sync up with hiring managers to understand and anticipate staffing needs * Source and grow talent pipeline through job boards, ads, recruitment campaigns, and potentially any other outlet you think of * Evaluate technical and cultural fit through application/resume assessment, group interviews, and one on one interviews * Increase our local presence and brand recognition and maintain close ties with Career Centers and other key organizations * Keep our ATS organized (we use Jazz) and manage inbound applicant pool * Uphold an awesome candidate experience that keeps applicants raving
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a field related to Business or a Social Science) * At least 1 year of work experience * Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or CRM * Proven success sourcing and evaluating candidates * A serious sense of organization * Great people skills – you love meeting new people and can get along with just about anyone * Customer service mindset: you realize that yes, you have customers too * Ability to prioritize, be flexible, and meet deadlines with ease * Self motivated and curious about recruiting and team dynamics * Responsibility and ownership – we take serious pride in our people and culture.
