Summary
The Sales Operations Specialist manages the sales support functions essential to the overall productivity and effectiveness of the Sales team.
Responsibilities
* Provide daily administration and support of SalesForce customer relationship management (CRM) system * Work with Sales, Marketing, and other departments across the organization to create and manage complex workflow; develop and create customized reports and dashboards * Monitor and report on sales data (quotas, proof of concept (POC), etc.), and provide analysis of sales trends and weaknesses in sales execution * Develop and evaluate sales forecast and pipeline dashboards * Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies and implementing continuous process improvements. * Coordinate and conduct internal CRM training; provides ongoing instructional support including development of technical documentation of existing and future applications * Keep abreast of new SalesForce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements * Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecast and pipeline reporting and analysis * Collaborate internally across multiple departments in support of the sales organization * Other duties/responsibilities as needed in fast-paced growth environment
Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years experience with Salesforce required, preferably in B2B software sales environment * Experience integrating SalesForce with Customer Support tools such as Zendesk or Service Cloud * Experience integrating SalesForce with partner portals such as Channeltivity and experience managing partner portal content would be a plus * Organized and self-motivated with outstanding attention to detail and commitment to follow-through * Solid verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated comfort presented in executive level meetings. * Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook * SalesForce Administrator certification required * Bachelor’s Degree * Cyber Security experience and CSX certification is a plus.
