Summary
The ideal candidate will have an attention to detail as well as the ability to multi-task and juggle priorities.
Responsibilities
* Schedule a high volume of interviews for candidates in a fast-paced recruiting organization * Arrange travel for candidates (air, hotel, ground, etc.), taking care of all communication and organization and process travel reimbursements * Greet and escort candidates during onsite interviews; ensure interviewers and participants remain on schedule * Gather interview feedback; schedule interview debrief sessions * Focus on continual improvements to the recruiting process (suggestions on alternative interviewers, altered lineups, etc.)
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not required * Prior scheduling experience required * Familiarity of applicant tracking systems (e.g. Taleo, JobScore), LinkedIn and other recruiting technologies is a plus * Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly with Outlook * Experience with Google Apps, specifically with Google Calendar * Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and determine priorities without supervision * Strong communication skills * Prior experience with working in fast-paced startup environment is preferred
