To help us more actively source some of the best passive talent in the marketplace, we are looking for a creative, energetic and responsible Talent Sourcing Champion, slash recruiting coordinator, based in San Francisco, who will craft and send some of the most personalized, tailored, on-brand messages to some of the hardest to reach. You will also gain full recruitment lifecycle experience beyond just sourcing: including scheduling, some entry level applicant phone screens and even some onsite interview coordination when things really pick up. We know, you are the type of person who likes to mix it up and wants to grow a career.

* Research passive, diverse pools of candidates and conduct 1-to-1, personalized outreach globally * Maintain accurate and updated records in our sourcing database (Entelo) and Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), monitoring a precise schedule of routine follow ups * Evaluate response and engagement rates and A/B test different strategies for messaging * Assist hiring teams with the onsite candidate experience and scheduling * Conduct and coordinate reference checks for hiring managers and talent team * Provide general project support to the global Talent team * Genuinely live and breathe Redbubble’s values

Not afraid to take calculated risks and own your actions. * Ethical, honest and responsible and do the right thing no matter what. **What you’ll bring to the Bubble:** * 1-2 years experience as a sourcer, talent coordinator or related role at a high growth company * Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Greenhouse) * Solid Experience with Google Apps for Work, including Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides * Familiar with video conferencing (e.g. Skype, Hangouts) * A power user of all social media, especially LinkedIn and Facebook * A passion and belief in the brand and our mission, and know a thing or two about art * Experience with event management a plus * Success working with all levels of an organization
