EatStreet is currently searching for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager who firmly believes that organic search rules the world. You understand that content truly is king and you’re always in a testing state of mind when it comes to perfecting the delicate art of SEO. Your title will be Digital Marketing Manager with a zest for analytics, but what you’ll really be is part of an innovative, growing marketing team who is thoroughly obsessed with customer acquisition, loyalty and retention.
Responsibilities
**Working at our Madison Headquarters, These will be the duties you can expect to perform:** - Produce, curate and distribute original and shared content to grow and engage current and potential diner segments across platforms such as the EatStreet website and blog - Create and promote daily and weekly content across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn and all other social channels - Plan and execute SEO tactical programs and contribute to the overall SEO strategy - Contribute weekly to the EatStreet content and social publishing calendars and update key stakeholders with applicable data and insights - Constantly monitor, research and analyze social/ SEO analytics and campaign performance to evolve channel strategy across multiple platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.) as well as mobile, web and app pages - Analyze competitor SEO performance and keyword analysis quarterly - Partner with the data, marketing and engineering teams to provide recommendations on site architecture, keyword selection/ utilization and SEO tactics for improved performance - Provide up to date reporting and key insights summaries to internal stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
- 2-4+ years digital and social media marketing experience. B2C is preferred but not a deal breaker - At least 1 year in-house experience with planning, building and analyzing SEO programs. - Digital agency experience is acceptable as long as the applicant also has created and executed these programs for the client - Expert knowledge of social media monitoring platforms such as Sprout Social, Hubspot, HootSuite, Radian6 or similar platforms as well as web analytics tools such as Google Analytics - Preference for experience in e-commerce SEO and page tools such as Moz, Google Webmaster, or SeoClarity - Knowledge of HTML, CSS and rich media formats is desired - Impeccable copywriting skills with engaging and powerful leadership qualities - Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a laser-like focus on the details - You must be comfortable with change and disruption, and are invigorated with the opportunities a startup environment provides
