Through our work with our clients, we are helping bring digital services and solutions to educators so that they can inpsire all students to reach their full potential. To continue our expansion, we are seeking a Data Integration Manager , based out of our Shelton CT office. We are open to working from home from NY to Boston with 2-3 days in the Shelton office.
Responsibilities
* Develop and drive data usage strategy for D&B’s MDR education division * Lead integration of MDR data into major Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce.com, Oracle/Siebel, SAP, and SugarCRM, marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, and Pardot, as well as making data mobile device ready. Work with internal I/T and operations as well as outside service providers to build tools for integration * Train salesforce on new data integration tools * Provide technical support to salesforce and participate in sales calls in person and on phone * Serve as data integration subject matter expert (SME) across customer platforms * Identify opportunities for technical data integration billable services * Identify new data to be collected and monetized through market research
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of experience and deep technical knowledge of CRM, marketing automation and mobile tools * Have played a key role in developing and rolling out a corporate data integration strategy * Strong communication skills both verbally and in written presentation form * Can-do, roll-up-your sleeves, positive attitude with high energy. * Comfortable with ambiguity * Ability to work collaboratively across corporate functional departments * K12 and higher education vertical experience a plus
