Summary
The Solutions Architect will play a vital role in the sales process as we engage with global customers across the Financial Services, Hi-Tech and Telco verticals. The ideal candidate will be an instrumental member of the sales organization, focused on developing new opportunities and creating enterprise wide deployments of Radius. In this role, the individual will drive the technical account strategy, architect innovative solutions, and overcome technical obstacles to drive successful deployments and create long term customer value. You will act as both a thought leader and conduit to the Radius Product and Engineering organization as we work together to create technical solutions that drive customer success.
Responsibilities
* Understand prospect’s business and technical requirements to develop and present compelling demonstrations aligning Radius products to customer goals & objectives * Lead technical and functional responses of RFP/RFIs * Take ownership of key partner-related technical issues and work with the appropriate internal teams to resolve them * Perform partnership roadmap workshops, status reviews and provide partner feedback to Sales, Executives and Product * Partner with Product Management regarding customer requirements and feedback * Develop and drive joint technology exchange and partnership roadmap programs * Advocate technically for critical partnerships across the organization; gain key stakeholders’ support and resources
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 7 years of field or technical solutions experience in enterprise software * Proficiency in SaaS integration architecture * In depth knowledge of at least one Cloud IaaS/PaaS such as Force.com, Informatica Cloud, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc. * Experience working in a technical capacity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) * Develop integration architectures that map data integration from source systems such as CRM or custom databases to Radius * Marketing automation software experience a plus (Marketo, Eloqua etc) and how CRMs tie into marketing automation * Experience delivering Demos and POCs * Ability to work in a cross functional environment * Strong written and verbal skills * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail * Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science * Willingness to travel * Product development experience a plus * Knowledge of security infrastructure processes
