**Experience:**
* 5+ years of progressive project coordination, management, team management and leadership experience
* Management of individual contributors and/or teams
* Retail industry experience
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
* Understanding of basic retail supply chain concepts: planning, buying, merchandising, allocation, distribution, fulfillment, transportation, stock ledger/MMS, product data management, product photography, order management
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
* Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification preferred
* Formal Change Management training & certification preferred
* Working knowledge of core supply chain systems: JDA, Manhattan, PKMS, Yantra OMS, Jesta, etc.
* Prior experience managing supply chain projects / programs
**Education:**
Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
