Summary
Provides analytical support to the HR department with primary focus on key HR performance indicators and metrics. Responsibilities include HR data gathering, auditing, analysis and reporting, including assistance in various HR processes. Leads and conducts highly independent project work, such as studies and analysis on turnover, retention, internal placement, etc. Serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned function area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Compiles and analyzes statistical data and reports to identify and determine root cause analysis on key HR performance indicators and metrics, including calibration on overall field processes such as performance management and succession planning. Makes recommendations for solutions. * Manages, creates, and maintains weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports to provide human resources data, trends, and developments on identified goals to field HR and operations partners, HR directors, and VP, HR. Communicates out-of-bounds performance versus goals with VP, HR and HR directors. Ensures data integrity for all field HR ad hoc reports including gap analysis. Provides analysis of data flow and process improvement opportunities. * Partners with other members of field HR on strategic projects to provide solutions to identified areas of opportunity to improve functionality of field HR. * Manages the R.E.A.C.H. Store Manager Retention program for predictive analysis, including database maintenance, reports production with trends and analysis, as well as compliance information. Trains new and key employees on the R.E.A.C.H. process including regional directors, regional HR managers, and HR representatives. * Serves as the system administrator responsible for assessing the impact of all system related changes. Serves as the department subject matter expert on key HR systems.

* Ability to identify trends and make recommendations to improve processes * Excellent problem-solving skills * Strong analytical and research skills; detail-oriented * Strong computer skills including call-tracking software and Microsoft spreadsheet and database applications * Ability to collaborate with different types of people and build consensus * Good understanding of retail and corporate operations * Basic understanding of employee law, regulations and policies * Strong HRIS systems knowledge **Work Experience And/or Education** * Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least two years specialized experience in human resources, employee relations or in the legal field.
