Summary
Doherty Top Talent is currently recruiting for an Account Coordinator Specialist.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the timely and accurate implementation and maintenance of products and services including obtaining all required documentation, completion of set-up specification sheets and coordination of all activities necessary for successful implementation. Requires a good understanding of products and services as well as key contacts within various operating departments gained through experience on the job. Process exceptions are escalated to and coordinated with higher level staff. Work is performed with limited face-to-face contact with clients. Typically requires an associate’s degree or equivalent with one to two years of relevant experience. * This position requires the fulfillment of funding and signature for customers opening new accounts. Customer service skills are necessary requiring strong verbal and written communication skills for support of new customers through the onboarding process. This includes the ability to build customer loyalty and retention by deepening relationships through excellent servicing of our products and services. Strong time management skills and the ability to support multi tasks simultaneously are required for successful management of a pending portfolio of customers.
Ideal Candidate
**Basic Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Three to four years of experience in clerical and customer service activities **Preferred Skills/Experience** * Strong customer service and telephone skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service. * Strong analytical skills for making independent decisions. * Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems. * Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written. * Strong decision making abilities with an attention to detail. * Candidate must possess strong organizational and time management skills. * Works well independently and in a team environment. * Flexibility and creativity.
