Responsibilities
- Successfully manage the coordination and implementation of key marketing initiatives and projects, e.g., event e-vites, digital email, advisory bulletins, and direct marketing campaigns - Create, manage, and grow DHG Healthcare presence across social media channels - Coordinate and ensure the DHG Healthcare web content, internally and externally, is up to date and relevant - Understand and help articulate the DHG Healthcare brand and audience translation - Be a key contributor in the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and content for the marketplace - Ensure proper, consistent, and effective implementation of brand and content standards - Work with Inside Graphics, Marketing, and Business Development teams to identify and plan messaging and outreach - Successfully manage the marketing work stream, ensuring projects and initiatives stay on time and within budget - Assist with internal communications ensuring SharePoint content is useful and easy to find - Support implementation of public relations plans and activities including conducting market research as needed - Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective actions in order to achieve marketing objectives
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required. Marketing, communications, public relations, or business discipline preferred - Minimum of 3 years of marketing and communications experience - Experience in the Healthcare industry experience a plus - Superior organizational and project management skills with attention to detail - Technically savvy; proficient in marketing automation tools, e.g., Marketo, Eloque - Experience with Microsoft Office programs and familiar with desktop publishing tools - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; able to effectively interface with various roles and leadership levels throughout the practice - Ability to take initiative and exhibit critical thinking skills - Team-oriented and able to interface collaboratively with other members of the marketing and business development group
