Summary
The Account Coordinator provides overall day-to-day support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives. The Account Coordinator will work with members of external and internal teams to provide operational support, project tracking and other administrative functions and aspects of customer accounts.
Responsibilities
* Review program information with team and management; update programs to reflect changes and modifications; identify and implement communication needs related to program operations * Under direction of Account Manager/Event Producer plan and orchestrate logistics of programs, confirm staffing and serve as main point of contact to field staff * Partner with Account Manager/Event Producer to develop program materials including manuals, power point presentations, conference calls, webinars and videos to facilitate a high quality program * Assist in reconciliation of programs * Attend regular status calls with internal stakeholders * Assist management to develop post engagement reporting * Collaborate and build strong relationships through effective communication and partnership * Fill in for Account Manager/Event Producer as needed * Performs other duties as required and assigned * Travel to support event/program operations as required. **Other Responsibilities:** * Position may be required to perform other related duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate
**Work Experience/Education Required:** * Must have two (2) years of experience in coordinating resources, schedules and/or events * Must have strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task * Ability and disciplined in handling confidential information Working knowledge of basic business and marketing skills; a plus * Exposure to supervision principles and practices, a plus * Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Communication or related field a plus **Functional Knowledge and Business Expertise Required** * Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite **Attributes/Competencies:** * Leadership Skills * Excellent Communication Skills Oral and Written * Intrapersonal and Interpersonal Skills * Planning Skills * Analytical Skills * Math Skills * Customer Service Skills * Drive to Succeed * Strong Work Ethic * Ability to multi-task
