Responsibilities
  • The Administrative Assistant will support multiple accounts and projects for a team of Project Managers.
  • They will monitor asset inventory and order status, and report that information to the customer as needed; must have basic understanding of databases and asset management
  • Must have knowledge with advanced functions in Excel, including formulas, tables, pivot tables, graphs, etc.
  • Will provide administrative/technical work in a management environment
  • Will create and run reports using various applications and perform data manipulation and analysis where needed
  • Will contact most levels of client personnel and coordinate schedules for install teams; handle confidential information
  • Maintain records, archives, and/or working files; perform quality assurance/quality control audits and develop and document quality assurance/quality control procedures.
Ideal Candidate
  • Personal computer literate with knowledge of email, word processing, and spreadsheet software
  • Ability to learn various printer models and specifications and provide customer recommendations
  • Must communicate effectively with internal management and customers
  • Must possess good time management, reliability and punctuality
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated self-starter and able to independently resolve problems
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain high quality work, multi-task, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Maintain project documentation including project plans, meeting notes, etc.
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have own transportation and the ability to visit customer locations within Maryland and Virginia as needed

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience desired but not necessary for application
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience desired but not necessary for application
