Summary
This role on the Brand Strategy team is integral to draw great talent, create an employer brand in the market and most importantly tell the amazing Credit Karma story. This position offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with Credit Karma teams to source and create great content, and to reach potential Credit Karma employees with authentic, compelling information about what it's like to work at Credit Karma.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with team to build and refine employer brand strategy * Oversee the Credit Karma brand for talent acquisition * Partner with the creative team to create and manage all employer brand assets * Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective use of branding and content * Oversee Credit Karma’s talent brand focused social media presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram * Drive the development of holistic employer brand campaigns. Campaign elements include digital & mobile, offline and online media channels, social media, events, creative development, printed materials and more. * Partner with Creative Team to create compelling, shareable content that represents what it's like to work at Credit Karma * Work alongside recruiting, public relations, social media and the creative team to help distribute content that informs and engages our audience * Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our employer brand presence, and measure the impact that traffic has on Credit Karma’s hiring needs
Ideal Candidate
* 4+ years of marketing experience * Bachelor's degree required * A passion for branding * Proven ability in communicating to internal and external audiences * Ability to recognize emerging and relevant employer brand trends * Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills * Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves * Ability to manage large numbers of initiatives and competing priorities * Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills as well as a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
