Summary
The Talent Experience Leader will be responsible for managing a growing HR team, leading human resources efforts, and developing new and existing, creative initiatives, programs, and processes. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; be an expert at developing company policies; and, be a strategic thinker while still able to be very hands-on.
Responsibilities
* Spearhead benefits administration and open enrollment. Build benefit plans that help attract and retain our amazing employees. * Build an effective immigration program as aligned with company objectives. * Own development of Human Resource Information System. * Drive innovative change to company policy to keep us cutting edge. * Partner with Talent Development team to design and roll-out effective programs. * Develop tools and other ways to increase inefficiencies, streamline processes, and drive innovation across all policies and programs. * Mentor, empower, and manage a team of HR professionals to provide top-tier support to the business. * Implement innovative programs as the company grows in size and diversity. * Develop and implement plans and programs that promote positive employee relations. * Work cross functionally across the organization with departments like IT, Legal and Finance. * Design and implement retention initiatives that include management of training and development opportunities, coaching, mentoring and effective rewards and recognition.
Ideal Candidate
* 8+ years of HR experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth tech environment * Know the immigration process inside and out * Extremely active with SHRM * Has experience with retention rates, employee relations, benefits, open enrollment, review processes, orientation programs, and streamlining termination processes * Must have some experience with budgeting and forecasting * Extremely hands-on management experience * Has been with a company that gone through the IPO process. * Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with human resources concentration or similar discipline, and PHR or SPHR certification
