Summary
Keystone is seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist to support our team. The Technical Sales Support Specialist is responsible for technical support of licensee and Keystone direct sales efforts and technical promotional activities.
Responsibilities
* Execution of Market Specific Sales and Action Plan * Support Region Manager Licensee driven sales * Support Keystone driven direct sales * Project Specific Sales Support Site Considerations & Value Engineering * Provide training of engineers in the design and specifying of Keystone products * Conduct box lunch and engineering seminars * Act as Liaison between Keystone Engineering, Licensee, site civil geotechnical engineers and architects * Execute jointly developed goals and objectives with Licensee * Project Management preliminary design & estimating and project quote preparation * Product Matrix Evaluation Licensee Keystone Products & Competition * Product Launch Strategy Implementation * Contractor Training, Development & Service * Assist contractors on-site * Specifier & Agency Promotion * Preparation of DOT and agency QPL submittals * Development of technical sales tools, programs and materials * Site Construction Assistance * Assist Contractors with New Product Installation * Assist Contractors on Large or Difficult Site Installations * Participate in Development of Company Strategy * Assess and Provide Market Intelligence * Execute Strategic Initiatives as directed by Keystone Management
Ideal Candidate
* Civil Engineering degree. * Broad engineering knowledge and extensive knowledge of the construction industry, Keystone products and applications and retaining wall construction * Thorough business knowledge in Marketing and Sales * High level managerial, leadership, negotiating and communications skills. * Ability to accomplish results through others. * Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Retaining Wall Design Software) * 50% travel * Must have a valid driver's license.
